Thursdays: 8.00 pm to 9.15 pm
Sundays: 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm
A regular class is broken down into 3 segments. The first segment includes
warm-up exercises, calisthenics and stances. The second segment can include some
or all of the following: additional stance work, techniques, 2-person
prearranged techniques and exercises, self-defense, and sparring. The third
segment is devoted to extensive practice of the numerous hand forms, weapons and
weapons fighting forms. Every class workout is very rigorous and intense,
requiring full concentration and discipline. Traditional etiquette and customs
are observed in each and every class.
